2. Screen Size

The screen size used in a mini computer is not convenient for everybody. Especially people with nearsightedness have difficulty in clearly seeing a small screen. Moreover, all the software cannot work on a small screen. If started, they might display an error message.


3. Keyboard Size

Along with small screen, mini computer consists of a small keyboard. The keys used in this keyboard can be too small for people especially with large fingers to type. They will not be able to type in the same manner as they used to do it in a regular keyboard.


4. Storage Capacity

Mini computers are not with much storage space. Therefore, they are unable to store large amount of data. Additionally, mini computers comes with low RAM space.


5. Upgradability

Another feature that a mini computer lacks is the upgradability. After few years of use, if the user needs to upgrade their specs, a mini computer does not allow them to do so. The hardware components inside a mini computer is fixed. Therefore, the only option to upgrade it is by going for a brand new desktop PC.


6. Operating System

Mini computers on default comes with its own operating system that may be not convenient for some. This type of operating system typically comes with less features. Some of the software and games will not be supported by them. Thus, many users find it difficult to use.

All the models of mini computer comes with integrated graphics instead of a dedicated GPU. They do not contain a slot for supporting a separate display. The main reason for this is to eliminate unnecessary power consumption. However, using this graphics, users will have no problem in playing high definition videos or small games with low resolution.
